Q: What wines will be tasted at Judgment of Napa?

A: As this is a blind tasting, the wines will not be revealed until the scores are tallied. Please know that all wines are exceptional and represent some of the most sought after in the world. These wines are exclusive to Judge’s Tickets ONLY.

Q: How are the wines selected?

A: The wine selection has been a long process and chosen by two impartial Masters of Wine. This process was agreeable to Steven Spurrier.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: Amex, Visa & Mastercard

Q: Can I buy tickets offline?

A: Yes, contact JonEvent@CulturedVine.com

Q: What fees and taxes will I be charged?

A: You will be charged a Service Fee of 3%.

Q: How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?

A: You will receive a ticket via email after purchase. There will be registration on location prior to the event where you will receive your credentials. Photo ID is required. Only the ticket holder can pick up credentials.

Q: what is your cancelation policy?

A: All ticket sales are final except for Force Majeure policy. If the Event is cancelled in Cultured Vine's voluntary discretion, the Ticket Holder shall receive a 100% refund less the Ticket Holder's pro rata share of any non-refundable expenses incurred by Cultured Vine in preparation for the Event. *This would apply to deposits towards food, wines and hard costs for the event. If the Event is canceled due to causes outside the control of Cultured Vine including, but not limited to, Force Majeure, public upheaval and/or rioting, government-mandated shutdowns (i.e. related to public health measures), the Ticket Holder shall receive a 100% refund less the Ticket Holder's pro rata share of any non-refundable expenses incurred by Cultured Vine in preparation for the Event. This would apply mostly to food purchased for dinners and Events. If any Judgment of Napa event is rescheduled to a new date, ticket sales are final and your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. Ticket holders have the ability to sell their ticket and coordinate with Cultured Vine for proper registration and transfer. The event dates are subject to change based on CDC guidelines for gatherings in California.

Q: What is your Force Majeure policy?

A: Cultured Vine and its partners in Judgment of Napa shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is for ANY of the following reasons: Beyond the reasonable control of a party. Materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement. Could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.

Q: Can I resell my ticket should I not be able to attend?

A: You may resell your ticket, however, if you do, please contact JonEvent@CulturedVine.com to coordinate a different person for credentials.

Q: What if a partner wants to join me but doesn't want to be a judge at the napa event?

A: You would purchase one Napa Judge’s Ticket ($5,000) and one Premier Ticket ($2,000).

Q: Do you have appropriate seating and parking for individuals with medical conditions?

A: We will accommodate individuals with certain medical conditions and handicaps. Please contact JonEvent@CulturedVine.com for details.

Q: What items am I not allowed to bring into the event (e.g., bags, coolers, video equipment, outside food and drink, etc.)?

A: No video equipment except for your phone. Large signs, chairs or coolers are not permitted. NO WEAPONS of any kind. You may bring snacks or non-alcoholic beverage of your choosing so long as it fits in purse-sized bag or backpack. Food will be provided.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are NOT permitted.

Q: Can I purchase tickets at the door/gate/entrance?

A: There will be no ticket sales at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Q: Is there an age limit or are there ID requirements to enter the event?

A: YES, you must have a photo ID and must be 21 years of age at the time of the event.

Q: The name on the ticket doesn’t match the attendee’s name. Is that okay?

A: No. Ticket MUST match attendees name.

Q: Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer as well as on the day of the event in case there are weather or traffic delays or other problems that could affect the event?
