“I reached out to Danelle with very short notice. She was able to create a custom experience with very well selected and well-suited tastings, restaurants and accommodations. Perfect for our small group. Moreover, she went out of her way to make sure each step of the trip went smoothly, and was active in communicating with the venues daily while we were there. She also personally escorted us to three of our four tastings. Lastly, after our day was done, she came back and met us at our dinner restaurant in order to deliver a medicine for one of the people in our party. This is what Concierge is supposed to be.
